    • Serve as a key point of contact forguests and efficiently respond to guestenquiries.
    • Extend a warm welcome to arrivingguests and assist guests upon their departure, asrequired.
    • Engage with guests and VIP gueststhroughout their stay and prove each guest with a tailored guestexperience, based on their needs andpreferences.
    • Provide information, advice andbooking services for a wide variety of guest enquiries, includingcity tours, theatre tickets, restaurant bookings, medical services,transportation, flight bookings etc..
    • Processand deliver messages for guests, asrequired.
    • Deliver and safely storage guestluggage upon their arrival and departure.
    • Stayup to date with all hotel services, daily VIP arrivals and specialevents.
    • Ensure orderliness and safetyguidelines around the lobby and front doorareas.
    • Project a professional manner with anemphasis on hospitality and guest service at alltimes.
    • Maintain a clean, healthy, and safetyworking area.
    • Act in accordance with policiesand procedures when working with front of house equipment andproperty management systems.
