A mini bus driver is responsible for operating a small bus that typically accommodates between 9-12 passengers.

Job description and responsibilities:

Safely operate the mini bus, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Follow a pre-planned route or pick up passengers at designated locations.
Keep the mini bus clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Ensure the safety of all passengers, including using proper safety equipment such as seat belts and securing wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications for a mini bus driver may include:
A valid driver's license.

A clean driving record.

Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of the local area.

Ability to work independently and follow directions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
