We employ more than10000 people making us one of the largest construction companies inthe region with an extensive track record in largescale projectsincluding power stations reservoirs hotels airport infrastructureand port development. Dutco Construction are looking to recruitexperienced Construction Manager to work in Building Projects thisis across Residential / Villas and Retail Sectors. Project arevalued between AED 300m to 400m. We require experiencedConstruction Manager who have on similar valued Projects for a Tier1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors. Duties will include:

• Responsibility for effective organization deployment andcontrol of the site labour/supervision.
• Responsibility to ensure that the standard of theinstalled works is in accordance with the technical and qualityspecification of the contract and quality of workmanship ismaintained to the highest standards.
• Responsibility to ensure that project Health &Safety standards are maintained during the construction of thework.
• Responsibility to ensure that contractdrawings are constantly marked up to enable timely issue to theDrawing Office for issuance of the As Built recorddrawings.
• Responsibility to monitoring thecost and timescales laising with the main contractor and gainingapprovals where necessary to reallocate or provide additionalresource.
• Provide as requested by the projectQuantity Surveyor with timely and accurate reports in terms of workcarried out and all associated costs and finances.
• Direct liaison with the client or client representativeat handover ensuring the availability and suitability of as fitteddrawings and associated operation and maintenancemanuals.
• UAE/MOFAAttested bachelors degree in civil engineering or relatedfields.
• Minimum 15 years work experience inMEP Project preferably from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 MEP ContractingCompany.
• Projects worked on as Constructionshould be in excess of AED 400m managing significantly largepackages and scope of works.
