• Knowledgeof Company Law, FEMA, SEBI, and RBI Regulations,
  

Requirements

• LLBfrom a well-recognized law
  
• Candidatemust have a minimum of 5+ years (for the senior associate role) ofexperience working in the corporate law teams of law
  
• Musthave strong corporate law experience in law firms in the privateequity, M&A, transactions, and Due diligence
  
• Musthave adequate exposure and experience in independently handling theresponsibilities describedabove
  
• Stronganalytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach to complex
  
• Abilityto work under pressure and complete assignments within short
  
• Goodinterpersonal, and networking skills and must be prepared to workin client-facing
