BASIC SALARY + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSIONS:

With a minimum of 1 year of real estate Admin/TeleSales experience (customer care and after-sales follow-ups):
- Know the areas in Dubai
- idea of the real estate developers' projects is a must.
- Should have effective communication skills as a Call Center Agent / Telemarketer.
- Be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google (Sheets, Docs/Calendar, etc.) to efficiently share reports and forecasts.
- Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
- Must know how to use a CRM and advertise on property portals.
- Equipped with the knowledge of RERA rules and regulations (Trakheesi)
- Has good attention to detail and great organizing skills
- Welcomes challenges and is a fast learner we have exclusive projects we are marketing to clients.
- With a positive attitude; a gogetter.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to clients who expressed interest in our projects.
- Qualify leads and be able to pick out the good ones and segregate the rest on certain status updates
- Do followup calls on existing owners for availabilities
- Generate new clients and owners to list their property with us.
- Assist the Managers along with the other admins as needed.
Salary:
AED2, AED5,000.00 per month
