Main Responsibilities;
- Greet and Receive patients and their escorts.
- To attend patients approaching the front desk in the procedure of checkin and checkout, inquiries, and all related matters in line with the policies of the organization.
- Answer patients' queries regarding services, medical insurance procedures from approval, followups, rejection, and other insurance activities and payments.
- Ensure that the patients are being accommodated without any delay.
- Make the patients comfortable while they are waiting.
- Prepare and process Medical Insurance claim forms.
- Schedule appointments for patients. Confirmation of appointments and cancellations.
Experience
- Should have at least 23 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales in the Healthcare industry
Language
- Proficient in English.
- Arabic is preferable.
