What to Expect

What You'll Do

  • Deliver virtual and inperson instructorled Training and Onboarding sessions across the market
  • Identify, analyze, and share training feedback, outcomes and knowledge gaps to enable continued improvements across regions and facilitate training programs to overcome them
  • Collaborate with Regional and EMEA L&D teams to gather, translate and build localized training content
  • Review and support rollouts of EMEA Training Programs and any major changes across the region
  • Ensure a streamlined feedback loop between the Leadership teams and the field to enable continued improvements to our overall organizational performance
  • Stay informed about industry trends and implement Learning & Development best practices
What You'll Bring

  • Experience facilitating virtual and inperson instructorled training sessions, ideally 1+ year Tesla experience
  • Prior education in Communication, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of adult learning methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the region
