Job Responsibilities:
Provide RCM, Insurance and Coding process expertise and guidance in translating business requirements into RCM EHR business solutionsActively participate in system implementation, dry run or simulations and pre- and post-go-live supportTo provide ongoing operational support and guidance in RCM EHR system implementation, quality improvement and optimisation solutionsOversee and guide the governance and effective solution implementation of system change requests


Job Requirements:
A relevant Bachelor's degree and certificate in clinical coding (CCS/CCA/CPC/CPMA) and licensed professional coder with AAPC or AHIMAAt least 5 years' experience in healthcare with specific experience in patient administration, revenue cycle management (RCM), insurance and clinical coding
