- Define Key Performance Indicators for the verticals to measure performance in line with industry benchmarks that covers all levels within the function
- Define Service Level and Reverse Service Levels for all the delivery channels and services.
- Roll out the KPIs and SLAs after necessary approvals.
- Manage creation of Reports, dashboards to create visibility on KPIs and SLAs
- Automate reports and dashboards to provide real time, efficient and accurate data to key stakeholders
- Display performance dashboards using the monitors for realtime compliance for the towers as well as team members in the department
- Create internal customer performance dashboards for the services delivered and the metrics that support customer functions deliverables
