Design interaction models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-upsWork closely with product managers, customer success managers, and customers in driving user goalsBe self-motivated, with great communication skills and the initiative to drive resultsBalance great design with meeting short deadlinesLead focus groups and usability tests


Requirements:
You have 4+ years-experience in digital user-centred design, and are hands-on from the initial wireframes to developing prototypes and providing final assetsYou are proficient in user-centred design methods, storytelling, and detailed interaction designYou can independently lead all aspects of the design process from conception to deliveryYou enjoy the fast-paced environment of a start-up
