Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Help with bank reconciliations and monthend closing procedures.
  • Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring proper filing.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data and identifying trends and discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ind/Bengali preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
  • Experience in Quickbooks Online and Zoho Books is preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in an accounting or finance role preferred but not required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
