Understand the scope of work in alignment with service and support on
projects and support services.
support services and respond to them after coordinating with respective
project managers.
Responsibility to read and follow all terms and condition of contract
and provide prompt response as applicable
Monitor AIT Ticketing portal and respond to the service request
coordinating with respective project managers, Technicians etc.
Assign service tickets to Technicians, coordinate with clients and document
changes and updates and file the service call reports.
Track AMC support services, contract duration and prepare schedule for
service engineers and technicians to attend the service calls and also collect
and document of service call reports.
Daily schedules need to be prepared in coordination with project manager
and ensure to communicate to the technicians over WhatsApp group or on
telephone
Coordinate with procurement and ensure material availability at site, track
the delivery till it reaches the destination point
PPM (Daily, weekly, monthly, and other duration) is to be tracked and
scheduled and monitored for closure with proper service call report.
Ensure all office data is kept confidential at all times and ensure not to use
public domains to share customer data.
Preparing and keeping Record of overtime for all project team
Keeping record for all service reports
Reporting to HR if there is absence or late reporting of project team from
work
Scheduling technician leaves
Informing Finance team on start of new support service

Must have Technical Knowledge about ELV systems including Audio Visuals. _

Experience:
Service Manager: 5 years (preferred)
