We are looking for a

Case Coordinator - Bilingual (Arabic & English)

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular staff meetings with the care team.
  • Motivate staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Ensure that every patient is accounted for in the Patient Care Program.
  • Ensure a balanced workload for every worker in the care team.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate with Bachelor's Degree (preferably related to Medical).
  • With at least 2 years of work experience as a Case Coordinator / Patient Relations Officer / Clinic supervisor in a healthcare facility such as Home care, Hospital, Medical Center, or Clinic.
  • Social Communication & Organizational skills are a must.
  • Leadership qualities are an advantage.
  • With Good Communication Skills in Arabic & English.
  • Immediately Available.
