Description
We are seeking experienced and professional team leader to join our team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage nurses and dental assistants within the facility
  • Ensure medical helping staff is following strict QC protocols and standards
  • Ensure all rooms and fully ready beforehand starting the doctors schedules
  • Manage and prepare staff rotas and manage abscenes and report tardiness
  • Ensure staff are on break during their allocated break times
  • Train all staff and hold weekly staff meetings and briefings
  • Prepare, document, and report monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs to management

AED3, AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:
