Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing and coordinating staff, overseeing production processes, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that customer needs are met.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure that the business is meeting its goals and objectives.
• Manage and coordinate staff to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing guidance, support, and feedback to staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the business is complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and coordinate staff.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and inventory management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
