    Role Description

    Dibba Bay Oysters is currently hiring a full-time Sales Promoter & Brand Ambassador. This is an on-site role located in Dubai. The role will report to to the Senior Sales Executive - HORECA and will be responsible to:-

    • Identify and prioritize potential hotels and upscale dining venues as target clientele.
    • Develop actionable plans and strategies to effectively market Dibba Bay Oysters and achieve sales objectives.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, chefs, and F&B managers at targeted establishments.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights into the unique attributes of Dibba Bay Oysters and assisting with culinary requirements.
    • Conduct regular visits to selected hotels and fine dining establishments for oyster sampling sessions.
    • Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to organize tastings, ensuring patrons experience the exceptional quality of Dibba Bay Oysters firsthand.
    • Deliver informative product presentations during sampling visits, highlighting the farm-to-table journey and sustainability practices.
    • Emphasize the superior taste and versatility of Dibba Bay Oysters to encourage menu integration and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide training sessions to kitchen staff and service teams on proper handling, shucking, and presentation of Dibba Bay Oysters.
    • Ensure staff are knowledgeable and confident in promoting and serving our products to enhance the dining experience.
    • Maintain accurate records of sampling visits, customer interactions, and feedback.
    • Generate regular reports on sampling outcomes, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement to inform sales strategies.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to oysters and seafood.
    • Utilize insights gathered during sampling visits to identify emerging market opportunities and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and culinary exhibitions to showcase Dibba Bay Oysters.
    • Conduct live oyster tastings, engage with potential clients, and drive sales through product demonstration.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years in a related industry – HORECA Sales, Hospitality
    • Customer Service and Communication skills
    • Sales and Sales Promotion skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in written & spoken English required, secondary language preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
    • Full UAE Driving licence
