BUSINESS SETUP / REAL ESTATE/ BANKING / CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER / MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE NEED TO APPLY

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Must

• Research & generate leads for Business Setup and New Company Formation.
• Negotiate and convert leads to sales following terms that are suited to the best interests of the company and the clients.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their business opportunities and help them understand the difference between mainland and free zone licenses.
• Coordinate with various government & free zone authorities and support clients throughout their business setup process.
• Be responsive to all client queries and ensure to provide the best and most reliable service.
• Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports.
• Help client develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes.
• Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues with regards to their business set up process.

Additional Duties - ADHOC (mandatory)

• Diary Management and Management of meeting rooms
• Calling potential list and fixing appointments
• Coordination, both internally and externally
• Greeting all visitors
• Transferring calls as necessary
• Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
• Performing adhoc administration duties
• Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance

companies)

• Receiving and dispatching deliveries
• Assisting with mail as required
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a

timely basis

• Follow up of status existing clients as well as New Onboarding clients.
• Preparing and sharing MIS on a daily basis to track clients, prospects as well as

Follow-ups.

Lucrative commissions and salary. Salary upto 3,000 + Upto 7,000 commissions


Salary:
Up to AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Business Setup: 1 year (required)
