- Stayup-to-date with the latest technological advancements in fiberlaser cutting machines and provide recommendations forimprovements.
- Work closely with the sales teamto identify opportunities for machine upgrades orreplacements.
- Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and guidelines during servicevisits.
- Manage inventory of spare parts andtools necessary for service visits.
