    We are looking for

    This is a dynamic, high-impact position that sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, media relations, and founder communications. You'll be responsible for building and executing Endless's PR strategy across the UAE and regionally, while also supporting Rosie Gunn's personal brand - helping amplify her voice as a female founder and industry thought leader.

    You have
    • 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or brand storytelling - preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
    • A strong network of UAE and regional media contacts.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
    • Passion for sustainability, fashion, and female-led brands.
    • Kind, confident and collaborative mindset when working closely with a founder and senior leadership.
    • Experience working with or developing personal brands is a plus.
    You will

    PR & Communications (Brand Focus):

    • Develop and execute PR strategies that grow brand awareness, credibility, and cultural relevance.
    • Secure media coverage across fashion, lifestyle, sustainability, and business verticals.
    • Build and manage strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media partners.
    • Craft compelling press materials: press releases, media kits, brand fact sheets, and Q&As.
    • Oversee awards submissions, podcast outreach, and speaking engagement opportunities for Endless.
    • Lead on brand reputation management if needed.

    Founder & Personal Brand Support (Rosie Gunn):

    • Shape and grow Rosie Gunn's personal brand as a circular fashion advocate, female founder, and entrepreneur.
    • Pitch and secure thought leadership opportunities, interviews, panels, and speaking events.
    • Draft founder bios, talking points, LinkedIn posts, op-eds, and quotes for media.
    • Partner with Rosie to build a consistent, engaging social media and public-facing narrative.
    • Proactively seek moments where Rosie can contribute meaningfully to conversations around sustainability, fashion, and female entrepreneurship with the goal of supporting the elevation/growth of Endless as a brand.

    Cross-Functional & Brand Building:

    • Support brand campaigns, collection launches, and partnership activations from a comms perspective.
    • Collaborate with content, marketing, and social teams to align messaging and tone of voice.
    • Track, measure, and report PR coverage and campaign impact.
    • Bring creative ideas to the table to keep Endless in the conversation and ahead of trends.
