Key Responsibilities:


ATM Revamp Projects:
Lead and contribute to the planning, execution, and successful completion of ATM revamp projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to ATM enhancements.


Business Analysis:
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and user needs related to ATM functionality.
Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.


Project Management:
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for ATM revamp projects.
Monitor and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.


Stakeholder Management:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.


ATM Experience:
Utilize extensive experience in ATM projects to bring insights and best practices to the revamp initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ATM technology.


Qualifications:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a dual role of Business Analyst and Project Manager.
Proven track record of working on ATM revamp projects in the banking or financial services industry.


Certification:
PMP certification is preferred.


Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.


Salary:
From AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
