We are hiring for a
Sales Manager / Head of sales to join our ever-growing luxury division.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Off Plan Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:


  • Leading and managing a sales team in all aspects of offplan property sales in the Dubai market.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with our toptier UAE developer partners during the planning phase.
  • Ensuring legal and compliance documentation as per the UAE regulations is correctly handled for each transaction.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities in Dubai.
  • Providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
  • Keeping abreast of Dubai's real estate industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Preparing regular and detailed reports on the status of offplan projects.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build longterm relationships with our clients.
  • Training, coaching, and motivating sales team members, setting sales targets, and monitoring the team's performance and metrics.

Role Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Off Plan as a Sales manager or a similar role in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of team management
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Familiarity with the UAE's real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Salary:
From AED20,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Real Estate: 5 years (required)
Team Management: 2 years (required)
