We are hiring for a
Sales Manager / Head of sales to join our ever-growing luxury division.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Off Plan Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.This role provides an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to thrive in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a sales team in all aspects of offplan property sales in the Dubai market.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with our toptier UAE developer partners during the planning phase.
- Ensuring legal and compliance documentation as per the UAE regulations is correctly handled for each transaction.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.
- Conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Keeping abreast of Dubai's real estate industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Preparing regular and detailed reports on the status of offplan projects.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build longterm relationships with our clients.
- Training, coaching, and motivating sales team members, setting sales targets, and monitoring the team's performance and metrics.
Role Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Off Plan as a Sales manager or a similar role in Dubai or the UAE.
- Minimum 2 years' experience of team management
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with the UAE's real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Salary:
From AED20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Real Estate: 5 years (required)
Team Management: 2 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
