Description
We are looking for a skilled and capable Head Waiter or for a high-end restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

The Head Waiter will be in charge of supervising, directing and coordinating all Servers' tasks and managing the overall dining room staff, as well as monitoring their work to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing all the activities in the dining room/restaurant/lounge
  • Supervising restaurant staff
  • Speaking with guests, patrons or staff using a clear, professional, and respectful language at all times.
  • Maintaining a pleasant and welcoming environment for the guests' enjoyment at all times, ensuring the best dining experience, so that they always come back for the firstclass service.
  • Acting as a bridge between the kitchen and the food and beverage Servers to guarantee that a common vision is shared.
  • Following all company safety and security policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter
  • At least 1 year as Senior Waiter or Head Waiter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and possess good judgment
  • Selfmotivated, decisive, responsible and driven to provide the best service
  • Strong knowledge of highend food and beverages
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to remain standing and walking for long period of time

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
