    Our client is a global leader in the exportof premium quality dry foods.

    We are recruitingan experienced country sales manager to join their UAE operationsto accelerate sales and revenue volume and brand presence throughthe local distributor network for key accounts in retail and moderntrade.

    The successful candidate will haveP&L ownership and distributor network and revenue growthaccountability for United Arab Emirates.

    Candidates must be able to demonstrate a credible salestrack record in profitable food products distributormanagement.

    Role Summary

    • Define and execute annual gotomarket strategies androadmaps to increase the UAE distributor network.
    • Optimize sales strategies to achieve sales anddistribution targets to accelerate volume and revenue growth andprofitability.

    • opportunities and work with distribution partners andtheir sales teams to grow the brand and market share.
    • Establish merchandising standards and implement salespromotions focusing on product positioning market penetration andvolume growth.
    • Conduct distributor businessreviews volumes sales product mix pricing promotions service levelsand cost saving initiatives.
    • Lead pricingnegotiations to deliver margin improvement achieve profitablegrowth and secure longterm agreements.

    • Manage the entire supplychain from deal negotiation activations marketing and supply chainmanagement to ensure smooth operations.

    Mandatory Skills & Experience

    • 10 15 years business development in distributormanagement and routetomarket strategies experience in the UAE inthe CPG FMCG and food service sector.
    • Proventrack record in consistently exceeding sales targets in thecompetitive UAE retail and modern trade industry through importsales of grains rice pulses and dry foods or Agri products ismandatory.
    • Strong commercial and financialacumen capabilities in deal structuring direct import andinternational cross market tenders.
    • Strongbusiness acumen with the ability to utilize category and shopperinsights for planning and forecasting.
    • UAEdriving license is mandatory.

    • Currentlyliving in the United Arab Emirates.
    • Fluent inEnglish.
    • Excellent interpersonal communicationand presentation skills with the ability to build long termbusiness relationships.
