What this opportunity involves:


The commercial valuation team provides a mix of valuation work for a range of top tier clients including banks, developers, lending institutions, owners and occupiers who rely on our advice to make financial decisions, assess risks and ensure correct processes and procedures are being adopted.


This role is based in our Abu Dhabi office and will involve providing administrative support to the commercial valuation team and ensuring the smooth running of the office.


Key responsibilities:


  • Assist the surveyors with the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, terms of business and contracts.
  • Assist the surveyors with the formatting and prepration of valuation reports.
  • Maintain the customer relationship management system and fee log.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries made to the office.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, managers and employees.
  • Set up and/or update electronic filing systems, records and reports for the team.
  • Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to, photocopying, mail distribution, filing, report binding and minute taking when required.
  • Liaise with the office manager to keep a track of and replace office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • All other adhoc administrative and reception duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including printers, photocopiers and scanners.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask within a fastpaced work environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive and should enjoy working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Ability to plan and manage workload efficiently.
