    Partner with local and regional people partners and business leaders to understand business priorities and translate these into talent requirement Communicate local and regional needs into the global T&C team and contribute to the development of the global talent roadmap.

    Based on local and global priorities, the T&C partner is responsible to work with the People Partner to develop a talent plan for their specific remit.

    This includes understanding what local needs are not addressed through the global talent offering and working with Global T&C team to propose how they can be supported Communicate the global and local talent plan and priorities with their people team, leaders and employees so they understand how their needs will be met Work with the people teams to implement the delivery of talent processes Identify opportunities to pilot new initiatives either from Global T&C team, or if needed, local programs that may then be turned into global solutions for others to use Contribute to, or at times co-lead the design of global talent initiatives to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and will be relevant for local/regional needs Working with the Global T&C team and local people team, develop implementation and change plans to support the rollout of talent programs Bring new ideas and contribute to shaping the Global T&C agenda and priorities

    Experience And Skills

    Able to connect business challenges with T&C solutions – ability to provide advice and guidance by asking questions and clarifying needs Experience that touches on several areas of T&C such as learning, talent development, talent identification processes, succession planning, program design, leadership, DEI, graduate development, performance or engagement Able to deliver talent processes with impact and relevance to the business Experience in facilitating programs to support the development of teams and individuals Use of talent and development tools such as DISC, insights Able to lead and/or contribute to co-design of programs including best practice, research, project planning, vendor partnership, change, communication impact and connecting program and needs Project implementation and co-ordination including organizing training logistics, communicating to facilitators, attendees, and internal stakeholders, reporting on key programs Experience working in a matrixed organization supporting and balancing local/regional needs and global initiatives Strong advisory and influencing skills, and experience in providing solutions to people challenges through the use of talent actions Strong collaboration skills working across teams and colleagues to deliver outcomes Proficient in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
