    Description

    As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, youwill be responsible for assisting with overseeing housekeepingoperations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. AnAssistant Executive Housekeeper will also be required to assist theExecutive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager and monitor standards.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards:

    • Assist with overseeingHousekeeping/Laundry operations
    • Operate withindepartmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls andwell managed schedules
    • Support departmentaltargets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies andprocedures
    • Ensure consistently high operatingstandards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identifiedby the hotel brand standards
    • Perform routineinspections of all Housekeeping areas and report any issues to theExecutive Housekeeper
    • Implement, effectively,all Housekeeping policies and procedures including Health andSafety and security
    • Monitor the appearance,standards, and performance of all Housekeeping Team Members with anemphasis on training and team work
    • Ensure teammembers have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories andamenities
    • Assist the Executive Housekeeper tomaintain good communication and work relationships in all hotelareas and with external customers andsuppliers
    • Ensure staffing levels cover businessdemands
    • Ensure ongoing training to support theExecutive Housekeeper
    • Ensure communicationmeetings are conducted
    • Manage staff performanceissues in compliance with company policies andprocedures
    • Support managing, training anddeveloping the team
    • Deputise in absence of theExecutive Housekeeper
    • Provide excellent guestservice
    • Assist other departments wherevernecessary
