Description

Receiving theparties to citizenship and residence cases (the accused sponsorwitness lawyer relatives of the accused) or their agents andregistering their requests related to cases that are still underinvestigation or that have been disposed of by preservation orcases in which final judgments have been issued and implementedaccurately andconfidentially.

• Receiving customers atthe Customer Service Center and responding to theirinquiries.
• Registering the entry of the partiesto the case and dealers in the program of interviews ofprosecutors.
• Registering the applications ofcustomers of the elderly and people of determination ifnecessary.
• Executing To Whom It May Concerncertificate requests transferred electronically through thecustomer service system.
• Executing requests tostop searching transferred electronically through the customerservice system.
• Executing bail requests for theparties to the criminal case after the approval of the competentauthorities.
• Implement the decisions ofprosecutors regarding release orders travel bans and lifting travelbans.
• Training new case executors and guidingthem on businessprocedures.

Qualifications

• BachelorDegree
• Gender: MaleOnly
• Completed the nationalservice.
• Work experience of not less than (6)years for holders of a Bachelordegree
