    The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE.

    From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.


    Responsibilities:
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with SVIP spender and management:1.

    Responsible for VIP spenders onboarding and management and building good relationships with VIP users, ensure the retention rate of spenders, and improve the trust and satisfaction of the platform.2.

    User analysis and understanding, based on user analysis and user gifting motivations and growth paths, better propose VIP service strategies.3.

    Daily SVIP operations, provide help, support, and communication to our VIP users, and weekly/monthly/dimension spender data analysis.4. Cooperate with the XFN teams to brainstorm and design spender activities and coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.5.

    Based on the MENA region and the live industry itself, provide strategic thinking and methodological suggestions for TikTok MENA live creator operations.

    Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above.- Fluent in English and Arabic.- A minimum of 3-years' experience in Partnership, Marketing, and Relationship Management roles within the internet, social network, gaming, mobile entertainment, technology, and media and entertainment industries (Preferred Industries).


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
    • Experience in local livestreaming industry and understanding of latest livestreaming trends.
    • Team management, bank or hotel VIP work experience better
    • Candidates who have worked with, or have connections with, SVIP, creators, agencies, media companies, OTT, celebrities and livestreaming applications are preferred.
    • Proven strong interpersonal relationship skills.
    • Excellent business acumen in emerging technology. Strong analytical skills with datadriven decision making capabilities.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
    • Selfstarter and able to manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives simultaneously.
