Responsibilities:

Identify pitch and build new supplier relationships for Agoda focusing on the bed bank and wholesale marketsIntroduce and explain the strategic benefits of the new departmentGrow bookings revenues and gross profit in assigned portfolioSuggest business solutions based on data to maximize Agodas accommodation availability content competitiveness and business growth for hotel partnersEvaluate existing partnerships and determine actions to optimize performanceIdentify prioritize negotiate contract and onboard nonparticipatory hotels ensuring favorable terms and conditionsRequirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent in any relevant fieldThree years experience in hotel or travel industry especially OTA channels preferred but not necessaryProficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external / internal stakeholdersDriven and Gogetter attitude in acquiring mentoring & building longterm customer relationshipsAbility to creatively think on the fly when negotiating with hotel partnersA team player with a professional get it done attitude and work ethicStrong prioritization and planning skills; must be comfortable making tradeoffs vs.
