Job Title:
Sales & Operations Supervisor


Responsibilities:


Sales Execution:
Field customer calls or whatsapp and convert them into confirmed bookings. Use excellent communication and persuasion skills to turn potential leads into sales, contributing to the company's revenue goals.


Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with vendors for confirmed bookings, ensuring all details are accurately conveyed and bookings are executed seamlessly. Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to promote efficient operational management.


Administrative Collaboration:
Coordinate with the administration team and provide them with necessary booking information for updating in the portal. Ensure all booking data is accurate and updated timely in the system.


Booking Extensions:
Manage booking extensions by coordinating with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfactory service. Be proactive in dealing with changes in bookings and minimize potential disruptions.


Offhire Coordination:
Oversee the offhire process of vehicles with customers and vendors. Ensure that all offhiring processes are completed smoothly and on time, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Report Generation:
Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly booking reports using Excel. Monitor trends, identify potential issues and provide comprehensive updates to management.


Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, operations and customer support in the car rental industry.

Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel for generating reports.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong coordination and team management abilities.

Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
