BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGENT

Job Description:

As a Business Development Agent specializing in vacation homes, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence.

Leveraging your expertise and experience in the vacation home sector, you will identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.

SALARY + ATTRACTIVE COMISSION

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential vacation home properties for acquisition or partnership opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and industry professionals.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and new market opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to develop and implement business strategies.

Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with property owners and stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of vacation home properties, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to vacation homes.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of
2 years of experience in business development, sales in the vacation home sector.

Proven track record of success in identifying and closing business opportunities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for Sales.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in
MS Office and
CRM software.
