Job Requirement:
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in chemical and process engineering, preferably within the UAE or Gulf region. Proficiency in process simulation software, such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or ChemCAD. Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, and unit operations. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in chemical process safety and environmental compliance. Experience with process optimization techniques, statistical analysis, and data interpretation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process improvements and troubleshoot issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities. Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental considerations in chemical and process engineering. Proficiency in technical report writing, documentation, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in design and data analysis. Knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation.
