    Job Description:

    The Sales Manager position in Dubai, UAE, within the Business, Consulting, and Management industry, presents an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals to lead and drive sales strategies, manage sales teams, and achieve business growth objectives.

    As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with clients, develop sales plans, and oversee the sales process to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with clients to define sales goals, target markets, and sales strategies. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to inform the development of effective sales plans.

    Team Management:
    Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to maximize their potential. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback and performance evaluations.

    Sales Planning and Execution:
    Develop sales plans and forecasts in alignment with business objectives. Create and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion.

    Customer Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base and increase market share. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

    Sales Performance Analysis:
    Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.

    Sales Training and Development:

    Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement capabilities.

    Conduct regular sales meetings and workshops to share best practices and promote continuous learning.

    Market Research and Business Development:
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

    Job Requirement:
    Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are advantageous. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and best practices. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
