    EducationalQualification (min)

    • Qualified LLB, or Masters inLaw

    PreferredCertifications If Any

    • Experience in Intralogisticsindustries would be considered as anadvantage
    • Excellent knowledge and understandingof laws, regulatory framework and procedures pertaining to Leasinglaws, EXIM/ domestic rail business, warehousing, contractdrafting.
    • Excellent communications andnegotiations skills; excellent analytical abilities, decisionmaking skills and legal researchskills;
    • Excellent legal drafting andinterpretation skills with high-detailorientation
    • High standards of integrity,ethics, and professionalism
    • Comfortable workingin a fast-paced workplace
    • ability to work in adiverse environment
    • experience in training andhaving worked on Contract Management systems, making presentationsall a plus
    • 10-+years of full-time postqualification work experience
    • Person fromlogistics sector or from large companies where there are systemsand process in place and can help implement and oversee thesame
    • Worked with a law firm / independentpractice and has strong commercial /legalknowledge
