The Assistant Manager, Aquarium Specialistwill provide and oversee healthy and sanitary living conditions,proper nutrition, and constant care for all marine animals.

Personin this role will demonstrate the ability to mentor, coach and givedirection to junior level positions withconfidence.

The Assistant Manager, AquariumSpecialist will lead best animal welfare practices in accordancewith marine education, research, conservation, and learningexperiences for guests and the local community.

Priority of thisrole will be the constant care of all marine animals and exhibitsthrough managing programs to maintain sanitary living conditionsand proper nutrition.

Additionally, the Assistant Manager, AquariumSpecialist, will maintain and perform routine and preventativemaintenance on all dive and exhibitequipment.


AboutYou

Our ideal candidate willhave bachelor's degree in related field and wideknowledge of animal tracking online systems (OERCA/ZIMS), as wellas the full knowledge of all exhibits and quarantine LSS watersystems.

Additionally, you need to have at least 5 years ofaquarium experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisoryrole.
