Job Details

Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company's legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date.

Renew and maintain all company's leases in the UAE before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments.

Assist departments in resolving any issues related to registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.

Ensuring that all company employee residencies are valid

Arranging new and renewal visas for expatriates and their families.

Scheduling visas, medicals, and travel, coordinating with other internal and external departments

Preparing government forms for all company related requirements

Liaising with government departments on all labor law related issues

Updating management with changes or new governmental processes

Strong proficient in Arabic language:
reading, writing, speaking.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.

Experience dealing with Government Departments

Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month
