- Perform daily inspections of allShow Technology areas and report the findings and correctiveactions needed. Ensuring SOP and Job plans are strictlyfollowed.
- Make recommendations for upgrades andtraining requirements as needed
- Supports theTechnical Manager in managing the On Site Show TechnologyTeam.
- Other duties as required. Meet divisionalgoals and metrics & ensure safety, health, andenvironmental matters are followed and adheredto.
- Support and manage all events includinglive shows.
- Assist in vendor selection andapprove all designs ahead of project startup.
- De-snag all open technical projects fromthird parties and manage and mitigate all time losses andclaims.
- Ensure all projects are delivered ontime and meet with Farah Leisure/industrystandards.
- Lead the maintenance activities anddistribute work to the team.
- Assist HR in itsrecruitment activities.
- Conduct appraisals forteam members and establish and set theirKPI's.
