- Overseeing the nationalisation initiatives for Mace in the UAE through establishing systems and processes at all stages of the employment lifecycle.
- Maintaining knowledge of government guidelines for nationalisation and advising the Mace stakeholders accordingly.
- Being the Mace ambassador at universities, career fairs, and networking channels.
- Investigating support programmes and support talent acquisitions and the business unit director on recruitment and induction.
- Maintaining reports on nationalisation targets and recommending measures and action plans to attract nationals and meet quota requirements.
- Acting as a formal point of contact for nationals.
