    Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    Manage and control aspects of the entire supply chain, including purchasing, logistics and inventory management.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
    Analyze data and market trends to forecast demand and make informed decisions on inventory levels and production schedules.
    Identify and address risks in the supply chain, such as transportation interruptions or supplier issues.
    Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and prices.
    Continuously monitor and evaluate supply chain performance to identify areas that can be improved and implement appropriate strategies.
    Staying abreast of industry developments and best practices to foster innovation and maintain competitiveness.
    Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department objectives.
    Establish and maintain metrics and reporting systems to track supply chain performance and communicate to senior management.

    Required profile of candidates
    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
    5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
    Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
    Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.

    Professional certifications, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), are highly desirable.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the team.
    Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
