• Performs daily review and publish ofthe backorders across all OEM/customers and coordinates with keystakeholders, to keep workflow ontrack.
• Performs data analysis on operationalmetrics and provide assessment and information to the keystakeholders, as part of weekly and monthly metricsreview.
• Assists others in the specific dailytasks and setting of priorities to accomplish the shipping,receiving, data entry, warehouse, and related support to theService Department.
• Assists Service accountingwith billing, invoicing and customer related inquiries. Dutiesinclude the exercise of discretion and independent judgment withrespect to matters of significance.
• Obtainsaccurate information from service shops and other staff members onstatus of cores.
• Develops a clear process forreceiving and tracking exchange units, to reduce replacement floatstock.
• Prepares forecast by collecting,analyzing and summarizing information and trends and presentsweekly to management team.
• Ensures customscompliance: Works closely with our compliance and legaladministrator to ensure product values, taxes and all complianceissues are resolved.
• Conducts audits ofassigned areas to ensure compliance with procedures andinstructions. Communicates all concerns in a timely manner towarehouse manager.
• Interacts directly with theassigned customers regarding order placements and shipment release.Be primary interface and report provider for service-related itemsto internal departments for any issues with shipments, returns,field failures, etc.
• Receives incomingshipments and process the materials as appropriate for repair andstorage. Takes the appropriate
