About the RoleWe're looking for someone to own the internal systems and processes in relation to our Middle East Engagement activities.

This will include coordinating and directing internal teams to deliver proposals that win business, while being the primary point of contact with client stakeholders throughout the pitch process.

This is not a 'door-opening role', other people in the team will be responsible for that activity, but we need someone who will own the sales cycle from a project management perspective after opportunities have been identified.

About You5+ years of demonstrable, relevant experience in professional services or consulting with a proven track record of business development, project management, client relationship management – including project scoping, teaming, pricing, negotiatingProject Management experience in consulting /or studio set-up is a plusComfortable working in a feedback culture with excellent collaboration skills in managing multiple leads and client accounts simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Arabic is a significant plus.
