Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking ahighly organized and detailoriented individual to join ourWarehouse Operations department as a Warehouse Operations Manager.In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daytodayoperations of our warehouse ensuring efficient and effectiveprocesses are in place to meet our customers needs.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop and implement endtoend warehouse and dispatch centerprocesses including order management inventory control anddistribution.
• Evaluate and select appropriatesoftware solutions to optimize warehouse operations and dispatchmanagement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless coordination between different departmentsincluding procurement logistics and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff includingdispatch coordinators to achieve operational excellence and meetperformance targets.
• Develop and conducttraining programs for warehouse staff on software applicationsrelated to inventory management and order fulfillment
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the CentralizedDispatch Center.
• Implement best practices forinventory management stock rotation and orderfulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with safetysecurity and quality standards in warehouse operations.
• Manage vendor relationships related to warehouseequipment and software providers.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement andcost reduction.
• Prepare and present regularreports on warehouse performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply ChainManagement or a related field.
• Provenexperience in warehouse operations management including stafftraining and software implementation.
• Indepthknowledge of inventory management software and warehouse managementsystems.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving.
