    As trusted partners to the HWC segment, the marketing team functions as an integrated global team providing comprehensive support through well-planned and executed campaigns.

    In this position, you will report to the Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) Marketing Lead for the International region, and support the broader segment marketing team with a focus project management and coordination of marketing tactics in support of a variety of marketing campaigns.

    To be effective, you will collaborate closely with marketing and business colleagues in an intellectually challenging, yet supportive environment.

    Successful candidates must demonstrate business acumen, relevant experience with marketing tools and related content, and have excellent project management, communication and team skills.

    The RoleResponsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToClientsProject manage a variety of marketing campaigns that create follow-up opportunities/lead generation, including events and client conferences in the Middle EastEnsure marketing activity data is managed for better targeting and to measure impact of activitiesLeverage smart data to segment campaigns and customize the client experienceProduce engaging plans and deliverables for reports, infographics, videos, web presence, social media, PR, live events, etc.

    Contribute as part of a broader team but also able to operate independently; a self-starterSupport marketing partners across a variety of marketing initiativesExcellence and InnovationUse best practices and marketing toolsDemonstrate digital media facilityBe a WTW brand championPeopleBuild strong relationships across marketing and the company to execute marketing plansWork in ways that reflect our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellenceDevelop and update relevant marketing skills, including specialized areas (e.g., social media, product marketing, outbound marketing tools, webcasts, etc.)FinancialRespect hard dollar marketing budget for individual activitiesPartner with business marketing colleagues to share analysis about the effectiveness of marketing activitiesQualificationsThe Requirements3 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, professional services or human resources consultingExperience project managing innovative and winning customer engagementsProven tactical marketing experienceDetail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focusedSelf-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision but operate as part of a healthy, high performing teamOutstanding written and verbal skillsA keen interest in new media and technologiesExperience with Marketo, ON24, Dynamics, Hootsuite a plusFluency in Arabic and EnglishEase working with multiple stakeholders under pressure in an environment of continuous improvementBachelors degree requiredApply NowSeniority levelSeniority levelMid
