As a Compliance Leader for the Middle East and Africa, your primary duty is to ensure that EthosEnergy operates within the boundaries of legal and regulatory frameworks while adhering to internal policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Global Trade and Integrity Compliance Director you will work collaboratively with other departments to establish and maintain a robust compliance program within this region.

Your role involves monitoring and mitigating compliance risks, developing and implementing compliance strategies, and fostering a culture of ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills / Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in compliance is preferred.
Proven significant experience in a compliance or regulatory role, with a focus on developing and implementing compliance programs.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the organization.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Sound ethical judgment and integrity.

Experience:

Experience as Compliance leader in a multinational company

Education Requirements:

Degree in Law or Economics

Physical Requirements:

Required languages English and Arabic
