Main Dimension:
Management of all financial operations sourced by customersProviding value by increasing FX pay outs and timely executionStructuring and maintenance of control environment (ISAE 3402 Type II)

Owning and managing in-house developed systemBanking relationshipsSupporting Sales and Commercial DivisionOnboarding new customersManaging a team of about 40 peopleCost budgetsService Delivery:
Ensuring customers satisfactionEnsuring continual functionality of operational processesMaintaining and improving the control frame work – internal and externalMonitoring and improving service qualityResolving issues and managing SLA of customersOperational and issue management with the banking providerCo-ordinating with other departments to ensure service delivery to customers

Sales Support:
Analysis and benchmark of prospect's dataValue proposition preparation and presentationPeople management:Resource planningRecruitment initiation and participation in the processMotivating and encouraging team workPeople development and performance reviewContributing to new initiatives:Defining business/functional requirements for on-going system developmentsContributing from a functional perspectiveCo-ordinating the roll out of developments in a controlled mannerContributing towards a positive and continuous feedback/learning loopPlaying the role of a positive change agent

Minimum Experience:
Minimum 10 years as a managerBanking/TreasuryPayments
