Looking for an operations manager for our workshop

prefer to have experience with steel (Doors, gates), manufacturing


This is a opportunity for someone to plan, organize and direct optimum day to day operations of a manufacturing facility to exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers.


As Production Manager you must have the ability to motivate people and maximise equipment efficiently whilst maintaining an incident free facility.

Core responsibilities.

  • Oversees manufacturing and materials departments to review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays whilst maintaining current quality standards triggering corrective actions where required
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Responsibility of production output, product quality and ontime shipping targets as set by the leadership
  • Reviews and supports engineering and sales to oversee design concepts with fundamental or innovative technology used for new or existing products or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements and market growth.
  • Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain manufacturing or outsourcing requirements to develop new markets.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
