Description

• Be part of multidisciplinaryproject teams and manage complex projects which requiresustainability input and environmental compliance, from conceptionto completion.
• Manage and present to theclients during design workshops andmeetings.
• Develop sustainability, environmentaland waste management strategies tailored for eachproject's aspirations andrequirements.
• Be curious and suggestalternative solutions and innovative ideas for eachproject's vision.
• Develop technicalreports and studies for sustainability certification andenvironmental documentation as part of projectdeliverables.
• Prepare RFPs to appoint the mostsuitable sub-consultants for any given project, assess and managethe appointed sub-consultants, and review their S&Edeliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Mentor,support, overview and review the junior members inputs anddeliverables.
• Be experienced with the biddingprocess to win new work.
• Expected to work onyour own, using your own initiative with support as and whennecessary.
  
  

What Required SkillsYou'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or above(Masters, PhD) in Architecture, Engineering, planning or relatednatural sciences field.
• Work experience ofminimum 12 years in an international engineering /design / projectmanagement / sustainability consultancy.
• Goodknowledge on embodied carbon calculations (PAS 2080 aplus).
• Good understanding on microclimate andoutdoor thermal comfort solutions (ability to carry out simulationsand calculations a plus).
• Estidama PCRS PQPand/or LEED AP and/or BREEAM AP ((additional credentials aplus).
• Good knowledge on the latest trends onthe sustainability field and finding ways to implement themsynergistically.
• Analytical skills, detailoriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well aspart of a team, on multiple large-scale projects inparallel.
• Excellent written and oralcommunication skills in theEnglish.
