Responsibilities:


  • Provide expertlevel technical support and consultation to clients utilizing POS systems and selfservice kiosks.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, ensuring mínimal downtime and maximum efficiency for clients.
  • Conduct thorough system assessments and recommend solutions to optimize POS and selfservice operations, resulting in improved customer experience and increased sales.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales, development, and implementation to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients' staff to ensure proficient use of POS systems and selfservice technologies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions and competitive advantages.

Additional Tasks:


  • Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software for clients in various industries including retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
  • Conduct system upgrades and migrations to ensure clients are using the latest technology and features available.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with POS systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients' IT staff on the operation and maintenance of POS equipment.
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in POS hardware and software systems (e.g., NCR, HP, Toshiba, Diabold, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
