Description

• Minimum 3 years experience as Operation Executive, focusing on Freight Forwarding by Sea and Air, in the United Arab Emirates Region.
• Past Experienced in Trans shipment
• Past Experienced as a Forwarder
• Strong Analytical, Organizational, and Creative-Thinking Skills.
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service Skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.

• Managin Operation Team on a Daytoday basis
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Coordinate with the operation team to draft monthly and projectbased reports
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing operation member to meet company resourceplanning objectives.
• Negotiating with serviceproviders on prices to maximize gains.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying uptodate in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• Create business opportunities/ sales strategies to get more clients;
• Manage operation team to provide proactive customer service addressing issues/problems of the customers;
• Effective resource planning to maximize productivity.
• Represent our business in a professional manner at all times;
• Be oncall during offdays for emergencies
