The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst, who will be the vital link between our product teams and the wider business, and who will play a crucial role in understanding and improving our business processes, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and providing data-driven insights to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and outcomes
Independently perform functional analysis for new projects, as well as document functional and system requirements and solution designs.
Design and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including management, IT, and operations, to align business requirements and priorities
Work in an agile team with a 'handson' approach, with the potential to lead agile meetings and deputise for Product Managers when needed
Identify issues and opportunities, and acting as a bridge between different teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or business or equivalent experience in software production or programming
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
Experience in FinTech/Banking or Crypto Domains
Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, data visualization tools, and project management methodologies (Jira/Confluence/UML Diagrams/Visio)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, facilitate discussions, and build consensus
Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and the ability to align solutions with organizational goals and strategies.
